The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for implementing full cycle, high-volume recruitment. They will also be responsible for the administration of a multi-phase recruitment process which includes the attraction, sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing of candidates while maintaining accurate records and pipelines in the applicant tracking system.
