Receive and review manpower requests from users who have been approved by the Management and Directors, along with requirements for prospective job holders as stated in the job description.
Search for potential candidates (manpower search) based on the approved Manpower Request (MPR) and job description.
Organize and confirm with users and candidates regarding the interview schedule.
Supervise and verify the selection process related to scoring, or evaluate the interviews and psychological tests.
Prepare regarding employment contracts of new employees and work equipment.
Introduce the new employee personally to all employees.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Management.
Basic Ms. Excel skills.
Strong reconciliation, detail, fast learning & negotiation skills.
