You will be the engine room of our talent acquisition, managing everything from graduate assessment days to niche technical and Executive‑level searches.

Key responsibilities

End‑To‑End Recruitment

• Full lifecycle recruitment: Manage the entire lifecycle from drafting role profiles and posting ads to offer
• Sourcing: Directly headhunt for technical and specialised roles using LinkedIn and other platforms to reduce agency reliance
• Screening: Conduct initial screening calls to ensure high‑quality shortlists
• Events: Lead the logistics and execution of internal assessment days
