Key Responsibilities - Lead full recruitment lifecycle for Civil, Fixed Network, AML, and Fraud Analyst roles
- Handle bulk and specialized hiring across technical and compliance domains
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers in Dubai
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per project needs
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal hiring standards
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and talent pipelines
