Position Summary
You will lead recruitment activities for Pakistan, working with hiring managers, HR Business partners and external suppliers. You will design and deliver practical recruitment plans that attract high-quality candidates. We value clear communication, coaching, and data-led decisions. Key responsibilities
Coach, develop and manage recruiters and vendor/RPO relationships; provide people management and capacity planning.
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines and market maps for hard-to-fill and leadership roles.
Partner with hiring managers, HR business partners and leadership to design role profiles and selection processes.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles: sourcing, assessment, selection, offer and onboarding.
