We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, primarily focused on IT hiring, including NOC/SOC roles, along with business operations hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing hiring pipelines for technical and operational positions in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Handle hiring for IT infrastructure, NOC (Network Operations Center), SOC (Security Operations Center), and other technical support roles like finance, HR, and Marketing.
