About the Role
You will join the Retail recruitment team, specialising in placing top talent across buying, product development, planning and store operations. This role blends relationship‑building, commercial problem‑solving, and talent advisory work across some of Australia’s retail brands.
Your focus will be to grow and manage a portfolio of retail clients nationwide while building deep candidate networks across merchandise and operations disciplines. You’ll operate with autonomy, backed by a values‑driven culture known for genuine care, collaboration, and long‑term partnerships.
