Recruitment Consultant

Are you a motivated school graduate looking to kick-start a rewarding career in recruitment? We are a growing recruitment business based in Roodepoort looking for a driven individual who is eager to learn the industry from the ground up.

This is a commission-based opportunity with a 6 month probationary period. Candidates who meet their targets will be considered for a permanent contract.

What you will do

• Source and identify suitable candidates for client vacancies


• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates


• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews


• Work towards agreed placement targets to unlock a permanent role

What we are looking for

• Matric / school leaver — no prior experience required


• Self-motivated with a hunger to learn and succeed in a sales environment
