We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant (High Volume) who can recruit our entry level retail roles.
Support a Talent Partner , primarily on sourcing and pipeline management
Handle high-volume recruitment (top priority)
Conduct phone screenings , including:
Role fit assessment
Culture fit evaluation
Maintain active communication with hiring managers and Talent Partners
Manage full recruitment lifecycle:
Opening and closing job requisitions
Scheduling interviews and sending calendar invites
Managing ATS (Dayforce)
Updating candidate status and uploading reports in the system
Build and maintain an active talent pool
