Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Understand client recruitment needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.

Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and secure agreements for recruitment services.

Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

Candidate Sourcing & Management

Source candidates through databases, job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.

Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and suitability.

Maintain ongoing communication with candidates regarding job opportunities.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future client needs.
