The role holder will be responsible for supporting the
end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle
for assigned functional areas across the FNZ Canada business. As part of FNZ’s
North American Talent Acquisition team , the role is pivotal in strengthening FNZ’s employer brand, building sustainable talent pipelines, and continuing to evolve FNZ’s
direct, in‑house recruitment model
into a business‑aligned, value‑adding function.
Beyond day‑to‑day recruitment delivery, this role will contribute to
North American recruitment strategies , acting as a
trusted Talent Partner
to the business. Success in the role will be driven by improving
quality and diversity of hire , adhering to FNZ
North American recruitment standards , and embedding a mindset of
