Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and review job descriptions for open positions.
• Provide updates on hiring requirements to relevant stakeholders and monitor the progress of applications being processed.
• Share new insights and ideas to improve current recruitment practices and procedures.
• Identify suitable candidates and evaluate their qualifications through resume screening, interviews, and other assessment methods.
• Maintain communication with candidates to update them on the status of their applications.
