A Recruitment Administrator plays a vital role in supporting a Recruitment team and ensuring a positive experience by handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment processes.

Duties:

• Uploading candidate’s CVs for Recruitment Consultants onto the database including the candidates’ original CV.
• Maintain interview calendar for the Recruitment Consultants to ensure all candidates are on time for interviews.
• When required, conduct references on selected candidates for the Recruitment Consultants.
• Follow up on placed candidates for the Recruitment Consultants on a weekly basis to ensure the 3 months guarantee period is all in good or...
