            Minimum Qualifications  3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management. 
2 years of experience with recruitment at an agency or in-house recruiting team. 
1 year of experience in recruiting at a technology company. 
 Preferred Qualifications  4 years of experience with full-cycle recruitment in an agency or corporate setting. 
3 years of experience with closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages. 
Experience with solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor. 
Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment. 
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take initiative and build relationships. 
Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
