Join our Talent Acquisition team in a critical role as a Recruiting and Compliance Coordinator supporting employment-based green card sponsorship through the PERM labor certification process. This position executes highly regulated recruiting, administrative, and compliance activities that require accuracy, documentation discipline, and strict adherence to timelines, internal controls, and Department of Labor requirements.

In this role, you will manage PERM related recruiting activities including applicant tracking, interview coordination, and compliance documentation. You will partner closely with recruiters, candidates, Legal, and external immigration counsel to ensure all recruiting actions are completed consistently, timely, and in full alignment with regulatory and audit standards.
