            Job Description  Duties and Responsibilities  Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management support 
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, hiring timelines, and workforce needs 
Develop and implement sourcing strategies using appropriate channels such as job boards, online platforms, and local networks 
Screen candidates based on job-related criteria and coordinate interviews with hiring teams 
Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process 
Track and manage recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems 
Deliver recruitment outcomes in line with agreed timelines and quality standards
