JCW is recruiting on behalf of a well-respected insurance carrier seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across customer service and clerical functions. This is a 6-month contract (with potential to extend) based near Princeton NJ. The role starts fully on-site, transitioning to a hybrid schedule once training is complete.

Responsibilities

• Managing full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for customer service and clerical roles, from sourcing through offer
• Sourcing candidates via resume databases, job boards (including Indeed), and other talent channels
• Maintaining accurate candidate tracking and workflows within the ATS
• Conducting screening interviews and guiding candidates through each stage of the hiring process
• Partnering with hiring managers to align on role priorities and deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience
