**THIS POSITION WILL BE A FULL-TIME/TEMPORARY ROLE FOR UP TO 3 MONTHS WITH POSSIBLITY OF EXTENSION!**

**Position Objective:** Perform professional level duties to attract, screen, recruit, and select new employees for a variety of Federal clients in support of GAP Solutions, Inc.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Responsible for recruiting and staffing positions for headquarters and government clients
+ Source and identify qualified applicants; conduct preliminary qualification screens to identify applicants that meet the job requirements
+ Prequalify candidates in the interview process using up to date interview and recruitment methodologies
+ Manage candidates through interview process and contract period, including but not limited to: Application, References, Background Checks, Interview Schedules, Meet & Greets, Offers, Onboarding, and Security Processing (as needed)
+ Assist the business development team on new recruitment opportunities
