We need a Recruiter who can hit the ground running, manage active vacancies, handle high‑volume outbound calls, convert warm leads, build long‑term client relationships, and operate confidently using Zoho CRM.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle for UAE roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, placement).
• Handle high‑volume outbound calls daily to candidates and leads.
• Direct sourcing via job boards, inbound applicants, referrals, and existing database.
• Convert warm leads from telecallers into signed terms and active vacancies.
• Manage and service existing clients; schedule and attend face‑to‑face meetings.
• Visit clients across Dubai (offices, coffee shops, on‑site) when needed.
