Position based in Northern SuburbsMinimum requirements:

Matric and Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields preferred

Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Ditto, LinkedIn Recruiter)

Assisting with seasonal recruitment

Shortlist candidates based on organizational needs and candidate suitability

Present profiles and summaries to clients, coordinate and debrief after interviews

Facilitate salary negotiations and terms between client and candidate
