Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit candidates through job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and candidates via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a customer service orientation.
