Summary All positions assigned to the NAF Fleet and Family Readiness Programs, NAVSTA Great Lakes. Will perform a variety of duties to support the MWR Program; either at The Liberty Program . Duties will vary based on the location assigned, but may include assistance with special events, programs, resale/retail operations, providing recreational services, information and resources, collecting fees, facility opening/closing, etc. Responsibilities Provides customer service, information and support of Community Recreation programs and activities. Service to MWR customers includes, but is not limited to: checking patron eligibility to ensure authorized use of recreation facilities, resources and equipment, providing information about activities and program offerings, opening and closing facilities, ordering and restocking supplies, and preparing snack bar menu items or pre- packaged retail items.
