The Recovery Specialist (RS) provides guidance and direction to residents and oversees resident activities in Family Supportive Housing in accordance with program policies.

The RS will participate in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the program to support the culture of recovery and is both trauma and gender informed.

The RS will interact with the resident and their child(ren) while also taking part in daily scheduled activities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• The RS directs and supervises the day-to-day operations of the living environment, coordinates on-site activities, and will assist residents with life skills and cooperative living at the Family Supportive House.


• The RS is responsible for daily monitoring of residents prescribed medication(s), refills, and disposal of discontinued medication(s).
