JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Reconciliation Manager you will lead a team responsible for ongoing management of all cash reconciliations within the North American Client Service Platform (NA CSP). This role requires blend of strong managerial skills and technical knowledge and will be instrumental in building a high-performing team, designing robust processes, and implementing efficiency improvements across the reconciliation function. Will be the first level managerial role and will be responsible for the accurate deliverables and the people involved. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in funds administration, a strong background in reconciliation processes, and a proven track record in managing large-scale transitions and process optimization initiatives.
