Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
Manage front desk schedules, visitor logs, and appointments
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Support internal departments with clerical tasks as needed
Ensure compliance with office security and safety procedures
Provide basic information to clients and visitors regarding the organization
