            Responsible for welcoming all visitors, patients, and callers to the facility and create a professional and friendly image for the clinic. 
Book appointments for patients. 
Upon completion of treatment, release patients by dispensing prescription, collecting appropriate payments, and scheduling for the next appointments. 
Perform cashiering tasks for the submission of CHAS, Medisave, and other 
Submit insurance claims through the appropriate channels. 
To enter all treatment charges and sales of dental items in Plato system 
Responsible for updating patient data and providing reminders for Dental therapy. 
Prepare, handle, and monitor the cases delivered to and received from the laboratory(s) 
To keep the clinic clean and neat at all times. 
Other duties assigned by the Clinic Manager.
