Seeking an experienced receptionist to manage front‑of‑house operations for our South Africa head office.
Minimum Requirements
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
- 3–5 years’ experience in a corporate receptionist or front‑office role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Professional appearance and executive‑level conduct.
- Calm, confident, and service‑oriented.
- Well organized and able to multitask.
- Comfortable engaging with senior executives and external stakeholders.
