Assist patients registrations and schedule of appointments; Must be able to perform general administrative duties in upkeeping of files and patient records as required;
Polite and able to interact with patients and customers professionally;
Establish good rapport with patients;
Maintain and upkeep general appearance of reception area tidy at all times;
Qualifications, Experience, Skills
General education required (SPM)
Good oral and writing skills in English
Ability to multi-task;
Must have a good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage;
No work experience is required (training will be provided);
Those with experience will have an added advantage.
