We are looking for Native Japanese speaker to be based in Tokyo.

Job Scope:

• Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, handling visitors, calls, and general inquiries
• Provide customer service support to both Malaysia HQ and Japan office
• Act as a coordinator between the Malaysia HQ and Japan-based team, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups
• Manage meeting room bookings, office administration, and basic clerical tasks
• Assist in scheduling, correspondence, and internal coordination activities

Requirements:

• Proficient in both Japanese and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate across teams in different locations
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
