Preferably 2 years experience in guest-facing, Guest Services, or Front Desk at an international 5‑star or luxury establishment.
Basic accounting knowledge.
Strong administrative abilities.
Moral integrity required.
Excellent fluent English (verbal and written). Advanced language skills in Spanish, Portuguese, German, or French are highly desirable.
Ability to adapt to change, think quickly, and make decisions under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Well organized, self‑managed, and motivated.
Able to handle multiple demands, remain calm and effective under pressure, and resolve issues quickly.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional guest services at the reception desk.
Assist and coordinate guests’ needs and requirements, ensuring all are met and guest needs are observed in the delivery of the highest possible service.
