Long Term Futures is seeking a caring Reception Teaching Assistant in Coventry to provide support for whole-class learning in a welcoming primary school. This role is on a long-term basis until the year's end, with potential for a permanent position.

The ideal candidate will have Level 2 or 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent) and at least a year of experience in a primary school. Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and skills in teaching phonics are essential.
