Team Management & Mentorship

- Conduct 1:1 coaching, roleplay sales scripts, and objection-handling training
- Build structured onboarding programs for new recruits
- Run daily standups, track activity metrics, and monitor pipeline health
- Maintain a high-energy, resilient sales floor culture

Strategy & Target Achievement

- Set daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and conversion targets
- Allocate territories and distribute inbound leads fairly
- Plan local sales campaigns aligned with developer/brokerage goals
