Description
Seeking a detail-oriented and business-minded Paralegal to support its lending platform and expanding legal function. This role will work closely with the Chief Legal Officer and broader business team to facilitate lending transactions.


The ideal candidate will bring experience supporting commercial lending and/or real estate transactions, with a strong ability to manage documentation, coordinate closings, and support high-volume deal flow in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

Transaction & Lending Support

+ Assist with all phases of commercial lending transactions, from origination through closing and post-closing

+ Draft, review, and manage loan documents, including promissory notes, security agreements, guarantees, and related transactional materials

+ Prepare and maintain closing checklists, deal trackers, and transaction files
