This real estate finance solicitor role will see you handle a mix of work that will include a range of transactions for lenders. You will draft facility agreements, security documents as well as ancillary documents. In addition, you will advise on property due diligence and transaction management. The role will also see you help to supervise and mentor more junior fee earners and you can look forward to playing an active role in business development initiatives.
