THE ROLE
As the Senior Project Manager/Project Manager, Construction Management, you will:
Oversee the finalization of the drawings & the entire build, ensuring every aspect of the space is completed to designPlan the effort and duration of each stage of the build to ensure it is completed on timeSecure and manage the budget of the construction contractor for the build at fair market valueOversee the General Contractor, validating the build quality and ensuring the build is completed on schedule and on budget.THE QUALIFICATIONS
