About the Role:
We are looking for a Real Estate Developer to join our dynamic team in Dubai . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage real estate development projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Identify new investment opportunities and conduct market research.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Oversee legal compliance and ensure adherence to Dubai real estate regulations.
• Prepare detailed reports, feasibility studies, and financial analyses.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
• Preferred languages and nationalities are Chinese, German, Russian.
