6. Prepare and process lease agreements, contracts, and related documentation.
7. Coordinate with property management for unit availability, turnovers, and maintenance schedules.
8. Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, viewings, and closed leases.
9. Provide regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy status, and market trends.
