The Real Estate Agent is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice, and managing transactions from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on property values, market conditions, and legal requirements.
• Help buyers and sellers navigate contracts, negotiations, and paperwork.
• Conduct property showings and open houses.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to generate repeat business.
• Coordinate with other professionals (inspectors, lawyers, etc.) throughout the transaction process.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and property listings.

• Real estate license or certification (required).
