Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Real Estate Accountant/Bookkeeper with strong proficiency in AppFolio property management software. The role involves managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting property management operations through accurate reporting and bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts related to real estate properties
• Record and manage accounts payable/receivable, tenant payments, and vendor invoices in AppFolio
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for property portfolios
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow for multiple properties
• Track property-related expenses, rental income, and ensure timely posting of transactions
