This 3-pronged strategy incorporates the Principles of Effective Reading Intervention. The framework integrates 1. Intensified Instructional Delivery 2. Increased Learning Time 3. Reduced Instructional Group Size

Essential Job Functions:


+ Working alongside and under the direction of the Reading Program Director and the campus administrative staff, the Ella Austin Reading Intervention Staff will integrate the Intensive Reading Intervention Initiative throughout the academic school year for the 1st - 5th grade classes from Monday - Friday.
