Additional Job Information

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
Hold a valid Florida teaching certificate
Reading Certification or Endorsement
Minimum of three (3) years of successful teaching experience

Performance Responsibilities:

Provide professional development for teachers
Model lessons
Lead Study Groups
Facilitate Reading Leadership Team meetings
Develop curriculum with colleagues
Co-plan lessons
Co-teach lessons
Visit classrooms and provide feedback to teachers
Analyze student work
Assist with assessing students
Interpret assessment data to help teachers use results to drive instruction
