Job Title: R&D Technician   
Location: Santa Rosa CA   
Duration: 02 Years   
Payrate: $35.00 - $37 per hour 
Job Description Manage and prioritize a queue of non-standard orders, providing clear updates and owning delivery timelines. 
Evaluate order requirements and define manufacturing workflows. 
Design and generate photomask layouts using 2D/3D CAD systems, applying engineering judgment within established guidelines. 
Develop and maintain libraries of measurement routines across a variety of metrology platforms. 
Analyze measurement data and offer manufacturability recommendations to engineers. 
Train production operators and troubleshoot manufacturing issues on the floor. 
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives-from data collection and analysis to process documentation.
