Job Description
The R&D Technician supports a research and development laboratory by performing accurate and timely testing of new products, with a strong focus on shelf life and stability studies for a syringe-based medical device in the digestive health line. This role works closely with lab engineers, other technicians, and a lab coordinator to execute test methods, document results, and maintain compliance with laboratory standards and procedures.
Responsibilities

+ Perform product testing in accordance with established test methods and protocols.

+ Support R&D stability and shelf life testing for a syringe-based product within the digestive health line.

+ Comply with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Documentation Practice (GDP), and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) after receiving appropriate training.
