SUMMARY OF THE ROLE As an R amp D Team Leader Fire Protection you will work closely with the R amp D Manager to manage and further develop the Fire Protection product portfolio You will be responsible for leading coaching and developing the technical capabilities of the chemist team ensuring continuous competence growth In addition the role involves strong cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and regular interaction with customers to support business and product development objectives This position is based in Dubai UAE and reports to the Regional R amp D Manager -Protective amp Flooring
