DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Responsible on conducting research and actual development of new products.

• Coordinates with Sales and Marketing and Sales the specifications of requested product to be developed.
• Coordinates with Production group to discuss the manpower requirement, equipment availability and process procedures for production of new product.
• Coordinates with Purchasing group to request availability and specification of new materials and ingredients to be needed for the production of new products.
• Coordinates with Cost Accounting group to discuss and provide data needed for product costing.
• Provides PPIC group data needed to planning and preparation of raw materials and ingredients requirement of new products for production. Discuss technical details of specifications to supplier, if necessary.
