Analyze product cost structures (BOM) to identify cost drivers and value improvement opportunities
Develop cost models and benchmarking analyses to support data-driven decisions
Evaluate technical feasibility and financial impact of cost optimization initiatives (e.g., ROI, payback)
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to implement value engineering and design-to-cost measures
Provide cost analysis to support product development, design changes, and sourcing decisions
Lead or support value analysis workshops and prepare business cases for improvement initiatives
Maintain cost databases and benchmarking data to ensure transparency and comparability
Track implementation progress and validate realized savings
