Design, model, and optimize optical systems, components (lenses, light source, photodiode arrangement), and subsystems for specific performance criteria.
Perform optical modeling, simulations (e.g., Zemax, Lumerical), tolerance analysis, and data interpretation to validate designs that fulfill Must‑Want.
Develop, build, test, and evaluate prototypes with ASIC, to confirm performance and functionality per optics simulation.
Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, mechanical, electrical, IC, test engineers) and external suppliers/vendors to materialize the design.
Prepare technical reports, specifications, drawings, and design documentation for internal/external sharing.
