Job Description Summary

Reporting to the Conventional PAC PMO, their function is to collaborate on the automation of data management related to projects in execution.

Essential Responsibilities

• Understanding the different reporting processes used as part of the project management activity.
• Collaborate in the creation of the necessary tools to automatize the generation of the necessary reports.
• Collaborate in the update of this information in the different tools used by the leadership team.
• Give support in the communication with tool owners.
• Participate in the planning phase according to specifications of the different tools mentioned.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum programming knowledge in languages such as Python or Visual Basic.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership skills and a positive energy.
