Job Responsibilities: New Product Development (Polymer) -Research new product development for business needs -Identify customer's challenges and needs with their technical teams -Conduct project feasibility assessment for business needs -Perform product development projects scoping activities according to customer requirements and provide estimated budget of projects after consideration of all resources(including manpower, equipment and consumables) that are needed to deliver the project within a specific timeframe. -Liaise with collaborator for product innovation -Fulfil project deliverables and customer requirements -Evaluate the efficacy of polymers, reinforcements and additives on the properties and functions. -Recommend the raw materials based on performance vs. cost analysis -Conduct and provide data analysis and project progress report -Propose and recommend new technology development roadmap for future OPS product pipeline -Develop business case for implementing new technologie...
