Salary: Up to ₱34,000 + Allowances

Job Responsibilities



Review and analyze payment disputes (contract reading)

Handle provider-side AR collections (hospital accounts)

Verify claim status with insurance companies

Follow up and collect unpaid claims

Process claims payments efficiently

70% Non-Voice | 30% Voice



Qualifications



At least 1 year of Healthcare AR Collections experience (International BPO)

At least 2nd year college completed

Knowledgeable in UB-04 forms and UB Claims

Experience working on the provider side (hospital setting)

Experience calling insurance (payer) for claims verification and dispute resolution
